這是一篇抱怨文,順便懷念一下老楊煮的麵
以前還是老楊在煮麵時,麵雖然是普通的麵
但是煮的香Q有嚼勁 ,湯頭也是吃完嘴裡留香
會讓人想再吃。
之後老楊上年紀了,變二女兒煮的時候,湯頭味道變比較差了
但CP值還有,就吃個粗飽也行。
只是從這時期開始就喜歡先把麵煮八分熟,客人點了再煮熟
麵條吃起來就沒這麼好吃 。
現在,湯除了肉香之外就只有調味料 跟鹹味
麵也沒多好吃,中碗要85,大碗要110
在苗栗市吃個九里香' 田新 後龍牛師傅也是差不多價格
但湯'麵'肉都是大勝韓鄉村
以前韓鄉村還有俗又大碗的CP值
現在是真的支持不下去了
才第二代就變成賣名氣
可惜可惜
PS.小菜還不錯 滷得夠味又新鮮
以後大概是不買麵切小菜了
