讀書看不懂時會呼吸困難 - 學習

最近因為在拼明年的學測(自修重考)，所以坐在書桌前的時間增加許多
過去我高中幾乎可以說都沒在上課沒在念書，所以現在是從頭看起
不管在看哪一科，當我看到我完全不會要從頭很認真看起的部分時(特別是數學)
我就會突然呼吸困難，然後完全看不下去了似的...
是我給自己太大壓力嗎？
還是大腦缺氧... ？
我是該先去睡一下...還是休息五分鐘繼續呢
有人有過這種情形嗎？
