我都習慣把黑咖啡或者是濃茶先泡一壺
然後在稀釋10~15倍
也就是把那一壺先倒出50CC然後加水至700~800CC
夏天就用涼涼的
冬天就用熱熱的
這樣一來不僅不會餓 也不會喝進太多咖啡因
而且可以定時上廁所
