請電腦高手幫解答 - 過年

過年除了來個家裡大掃除之外
今年也想來個電腦整理 ...
但是礙於本人是電腦白痴
所以請各位高手大大幫忙喔(別叫我重灌!因為沒時間備份+懶惰)

不知道該不該刪除
而且又怕亂刪除 會更慘
