請給我建議該如何解決10pm後的困惑 - 學習

我平常7am起床
白天裡無論有沒有午睡、運動、或只是純讀書
晚上10pm開始出現
"眼睛極度酸痛, 全身疲累無力, 思緒無法集中" 的狀況
我目前試過揉太陽穴、冥想、小睡片刻等
效過都不如喝杯咖啡有效
但我本身已是重度咖啡成癮者
10pm之後喝杯咖啡雖然不是問題,但心理上認為依賴咖啡很不對的
同樣的道理,我才沒考慮長期服用B群
困擾: 若10pm開始睡,睡到7am,實在是睡太久了
但我10pm~ 很想再讀些書, 實在是提不起勁(眼睛很痛, etc.)
可以給我一些建議嗎
我有心想讀書..
