請教害羞的沖洗問題 - 好孕

為了二寶已經努力了四個月，
當初大寶是中西合併，吃排卵藥才有的
原以為人家說生完第一胎機器開了，
接下來隨便都會中，
但在我身上好像不是這樣……
第一胎時媽媽一直叫我做完功課不要沖洗，
但我覺得很怪還是都有沖，
很怕感染，只有平躺抬腳半小時而已
想請問大家，不要沖洗真的能提高受孕機會嗎？
沖洗的話有用沐浴乳洗很乾淨嗎？
