各位大大好:
之前在台北工作十幾年,台北的滷味大都是濕式滷味,就是把滷味燙過後,再加一堆湯汁
和酸菜。
個人還是比較喜歡乾式滷味,就像麵攤那種,頂多就是燙一下加熱,不會搞的湯湯水水的
,簡單淋個香油、醬油、辣椒油這樣,乾乾淨淨的。
回來台南這幾年,有四處去吃,也上網做了一些功課,大概就是香圃麵店、永記煙燻、松
村、民生路意麵之類的,希望有一樣愛吃滷味的大大可以推薦一下,謝謝~
