12/16（六）19：20左右，我先生騎車從台北回新莊，在中興橋下，要上重新橋前，有位大約40幾歲的先生從我先生左邊切到右邊，兩車有小碰撞，但都沒摔車，人都沒事，車也沒受損，因為車速不快。
ㄧ開始兩個人都旁邊調解，之後對方開始要求要4000的修車費用，說他車那裡壞這裡壞，他手痛腳痛，身體這裡痛那裡痛，當然我先生不想給那麼多，身上也沒那麼多錢，ㄧ開始拒絕後，對方找人來圍我先生，不讓他走，也不讓人打任何電話，扣留我先生到22：10左右才放人走，身上僅有的700也給對方了！本來要我先生去領錢，但提款卡也不在身上，所以也沒損失太多，昨天已經報警了！也希望大家多多注意，路上騎車小心
