小弟原本住屏東縣
現在想找屏東市的公寓或國宅
已經找一段時間都沒有下文
最近經過勝利路和博愛路交叉口有看到新建大樓
沒記錯的話那之前好像是眷村
所以想請問那裡的大樓算國宅嘛？
如果是的話，想購買需要什麼條件呢？
