因為想買南港一帶的房子，
剛好在在法拍屋的資訊上面看到
"南港區重陽路190巷12弄15號5F"有在拍賣...
因為價格遠低於市價還到三拍，
想請問一下板上的南港鄉民們有沒有聽說過這間屋子發生過什麼事情?
(當然我知道還是問鄰居最準，只是想說板上如果剛好有人知道就不用跑這一趟~)
