許多"素食"食品期實都有發酵的過程好比說味增、麵麴,甚至國外進口的薑汁啤酒既然有發酵的過程,那麼就會產生酒精但是上述的產品似乎都是在濃度0.5%以下有些在這標準以下的就沒有標榜酒精濃度了我知道味增很多素食者在食用因此我想問:在佛教五戒的酒戒當中只要是酒精濃度含量在0.5%以下的�
