我家裡晚上有時會開伙~
平均四菜一湯
也一直以來的觀念是自己開伙比較省錢
最近開始幾乎是由我下廚,我娘負責採買
後來換算下來~平均一餐成本也要300~550元之間,四人份晚餐
我家吃的習慣是
一餐至少有魚、有肉(豬或雞)、海鮮或有殼類、菜
這是我認為的基本菜色.....
常吃菜色:
雞:油雞或手扒雞全雞、雞肉燉湯
魚:清蒸魚(鱈魚、鱸魚)、吳郭魚、白鯧魚
海鮮:水煮蝦、絲瓜蛤蠣、炒花枝
肉:臘肉、石板烤肉、沙茶炒肉、香腸
菜:苦瓜鹹蛋、菜埔蛋、炒鮮菇、炒青菜N種
今天問我娘:「家裡如果都自己開伙大概中晚餐餐費要多少??」
我娘:「三萬跑不掉。」(不含早餐)
我內心OS:好像也沒便宜到哪裡去...囧
而一般的上班族夫妻
假設三十歲以下,收入平均才四萬到六萬(我住南部)
這樣的餐費會吃垮吧....
我也幾乎沒有到別人家搭伙過...
於是很好奇...
大家煮的菜色及每月的餐費大概多少呢?
