剛剛在網頁看到埔里的特色早餐
鹹油條夾蛋+紫米漿
作法為:
老闆事先在麵糰裡,加了鹽巴和蔥花,炸成金黃色之後,
吃起來帶有淡淡鹹味,裡面甚至可以夾荷包蛋,變成台式熱狗堡吃法。
鹹油條從中間剪開,放進荷包蛋、淋上甜辣醬和一點點胡椒粉,
埔里鎮的特色早點小吃,就是這一味。
顧客:「外酥內軟,然後加上蛋更好吃,它的味道就滿香的,跟一般油條不一樣。」
不知道有沒有人知道這是在埔里的哪條路上賣的,
