小弟最近在租房子，有看到一間位於
和平西路二段，介於植物園和中華路二段
間的房子，請問那附近的治安如何?搭捷運
是不是就要搭龍山寺站比較近，那晚上如果
上完課常要到11點多才會回到家適合住那嗎?
