請問南投對於殘障停車優惠有特殊規定嗎 - 南投

我的車在桃園縣領有殘障停車證, 而領有殘障手冊者 為車主(即駕駛人)的直系親屬
也在車上, 證件也都有齊全
於6/19中午至集集火車站附近的公有停車場停車.
管理人員告知, 該車並非身障者自行駕駛, 所以不得享有殘障優惠.
並且告知這是全南投縣的規定.
也就是說, 除非領有殘障手冊本人若不會自行駕車, 在所有南投縣均不得享有優惠.
好像別的縣市不這樣特別規定吧
請問有沒有人知道這種特殊規定的原因??
