個人對生活方便的需求點如下：
（1）外食方便（有較多早餐店、便當店、小吃店．．）。
（2）臨時採購生活用品方便（有家樂福、屈臣氏．．）。
（3）公車路線多、離峰候車時間盡量不超過15分鐘。
（4）治安良好。
（5）不荒涼（夜歸步行時、較晚肚子餓去便利商店覓食不會覺得很可怕）。
大概是以上幾點條件，
請問這樣的條件推薦住在 基隆 的哪一區呢？
