大家好~
這個問題好像以前有人問過,但是回答的人好像也不是很確定...
因為今天四月才剛生完小寶寶,不過身上還有10公斤的重量要減...
想要早上找學校的操場慢跑或快走...
因為住永德里活動中心這條巷子,想知道三和國中或厚德國小早上
5點到7點有開放外面的民眾運動嗎?
(公園其次,主要是公園有時候都會不小心踩到狗大便說...)
因為年底有二場喜宴要參加~不減肥不行了~
先謝謝大家~感恩哦(順便問便宜的菜市場在那裡~因為再過不久要開始準備副食品,
有沒有走路可以到的為佳,因為在三重沒有機車好騎)
