每次白天早起唸書
(也沒有很早喔~就大約七點半起床吃完早餐~八點開始唸這樣)
卻每次唸書平均每一到兩小時左右會想睡覺一次
每次一睡就大概20分鐘左右
雖然說唸書是要念一陣休息一陣
可是這樣會不會太頻繁啊?
而且不只早上~不論什麼時候唸書都是這樣
我猜有可是體力的關係?
那如果想要運動調體力
大家推薦游泳?還是跑步?或快走?還是其他推薦?
一次多久?要早上比較好還是晚上?
要持續多久才會有效果?
