調整作息問題 - 時間管理

因為一邊寫論文、一邊準備考試,非常需要安靜的時間空間,
晚上室友在,常常一直被打斷(合租公寓)
於是開始調整作息,希望能早點起床,不敢一下子朝四五點努力,
總是希望天天能七點,然後六點就好。
可是又遇到了一個問題,當我十點多或十一點上床,正要進入睡眠時,
總是會被室友洗澡、說話、走動的聲音吵醒,
一半原因可能是因為精神還掛記著事情而淺眠,加上自己還不完全適應這麼早睡
一半原因當然是隔音不好,提醒過室友也戴著耳塞,
但真的就是,睡得很不好。> <
已經好幾天都是早早躺著,睡一小時就醒來,偶而是被吵醒,偶而是自己突然就清醒
然後又花好幾小時睡著,最後隔天還是精神不佳,而且常常昏沉的睡到更晚。
真的很苦惱,可不可以請早起團的大大分享一下自己調整作息的方式?
譬如花多久時間適應、花多久時間起床、幾點睡覺幾點起床之類的?
p.s 我有運動習慣,睡不好的問題也有看中醫(有好轉一點),晚上睡前兩小時
關大燈之類的小秘訣我也幾乎都照做了,可是....orz 。很想成為晨型人阿!!
