我6年級,男性,97/9月升國ㄧ我身高160體重44非常的瘦,我吃很多,也常運動,但就是不會胖也不會變壯,作息:早上7:00~7:30起床每天早餐都一定吃,不會早中合一餐,有吃飽飯激烈運動行為。油膩.油炸物常吃,還有吃一些微波物(早餐也是微波的。)晚上大約12~1點睡覺,有什麼健康的增胖.強壯方法,提供給我參考別給網址,我搜片奇摩知識,使用方法也變不胖,大約肉長在肚子和屁股,希望可提供一些方法。作息(假日):8點起床,早餐9~10點食用,午餐12~1點食用沒有午睡習慣,早餐微波,午餐餐館晚餐6點食用(微波.餐館隨機)睡眠時間與平日差不多。給點意見吧~...Showmore
