混凝土中性化 鋼筋腐蝕嚴重
西寧國宅、市場被稱為「西寧綜合行政大樓」,位於台北市萬華區福興里西寧南路4號,
1982年完工,為地下1層、地上16層的建物,裡面包含476戶國宅、市場、聯合醫院等,雖
然屋齡只有39年,但外牆老舊常有磁磚掉落,將近80%的樓層混凝土中性化,導致鋼筋的
保護層減少,造成鋼筋腐蝕影響結構強度,部分樓層混凝土氯離子含量超過標準值。
都發局長黃景茂表示,去年底的總體檢報告出爐,依照報告結論,採用結構補強方案,僅
能延長大樓的使用年限至15年,補強工程費用需花費10億元以上,評估後認為拆除重建效
益較大,決定拆除重建,最快2024年動工,2023年啟動安置,新大樓可提供逾800戶,容
納原住戶,可做中繼住宅。
議員劉耀仁表示,過去每任市長都以使用年限為藉口不願面對建物安全性堪慮的問題,讓
當地生活在恐懼中,去年總質詢也要求市長承諾,若有安全疑慮,就該「打掉重練」,如
今市府終於聽見當地的聲音確定重建。
