複查會在View orders部分看到什麼資訊? - 英檢

今天收到ETS的複查確認如下

Regarding your inquiry:

Please note that your request has not been processed to date.

Be advised that ETS receives thousands of requests on a daily basis and it is
not possible to locate a specific request prior to processing.

Once your fax is received, it will be forwarded to the appropriate department
and submitted for further processing.

We suggest that you periodically check the "View Order(s)" of your iBT Online
Profile to see if your request has been submitted.

Allow three weeks from the date that the order was entered into our system
for the results of your rescore to be completed.

If you do not see your request reflected in your profile, please contact us
again for further assistance.
