我個人是覺得
如果ETS有明確回覆那算你幸運 遇到佛心的客服人員
如果是一直收到鬼打牆的內容
說要3星期的時間才能完成rescore 我想這才是正常的=.=

分享一下我的最近慘痛的經驗

10/13 我第一次傳真同時也寄email請ETS確認是否有收到

(收到的就是如w大收到的罐頭回覆訊息:
Please note that your rescore request has not been processed to date.
All rescores are completed approximately 3 weeks after receipt at ETS
and do not appear on your account until processing has been completed.)

10/18 這期間我去注意我的order status都沒有任何rescore的紀錄
我再寄了eamil請他們確認是否有收到傳真

10/19 ETS回信: 我們收到了 但你給的信用卡號無效請重新傳真
10/19 我馬上重傳 換給另一張卡的資料 同時也請他確認有沒有收到&能不能過卡

10/21 ETS又再回了我罐頭訊息(如上)
10/21 收到信後我又重申了一次我的需求: 確認傳真收到與否

10/22 ETS回覆我: 我們的紀錄中已經針對你的問題跟你做了溝通了
10/22 我火大回了一封很直接的信 列明了整件事與ETS email往來的摘要
並請他告訴我 到底他給我的哪一封email有回答到我的問題

10/23 就在剛剛收信看到: 罐頭訊息again 然後有新梗內容給我:

Please note that unfortunately because ETS receive hundreds of faxes on a
daily basis, there is no way of confirming if a specific fax was receive or
not until processing is complete.

Please contact us again within ten business
days from the date you submitted the fax to see if the information has been
enter into our systems.

所以看來:
請他們確認有沒有收到傳真這件事 真的是可遇不可求
有收到正確的回覆內容 算我們賺到
沒有收到才是正常哩!!

: 而這個process不是你要的答案
