4/21 時決定複查, 用網路上分享的免費傳真網站傳真複查申請表

4/30 ETS回信說沒收到

5/1 重新傳真並寄信

5/4 回了以下文字後就沒訊息了
Please note that your rescore request has not been processed to date.
Because ETS receives thousands of faxes on a daily basis, we are unable
to locate a specific fax until it has been processed.

All rescores are completed approximately 3 weeks after receipt at ETS®
and do not appear on your account until processing has been completed.

請問這樣正常嗎?
