小弟的老爸昨天被開了一張罰單
地點是在天母西路轉天母西路13巷(轉往天母國小的巷子)
被開單的原因是紅燈左轉(有沒有闖紅燈...老爸是說他不清楚)
但是想跟板上各位是住天母的朋友們問一下
那個路口，只能直行號誌燈綠燈時才能左轉嗎?
往天母國小的13巷那邊是單行道，只能進去
而會設置紅燈是要給另一邊的行人通過(汽車左轉進巷子處無斑馬線)
這個路口的設計，如果在直行號誌燈紅燈的情況下
為什麼不能左轉呢?(不會跟行人衝突，對向車道也不會有來車)
近期也會想去跟派出所問問看....真是違規，只好繳罰單($2700 Orz)
在天母住了二十年了...還真是頭一次在這被開上一張罰單...
