被房仲騙怎麼處理 - 新竹

目前在金山街租屋因為離公司很近，打了好幾個電話詢問到有一個一間看起來還不錯的房子。
後來他跟我確認他是房東，房子的名字是在他底下，但是今天要正式簽約的時候他約我到xx房屋簽約，我整個人就不爽了。當初房子說是他的，現在變成是仲介。
我兩個月的訂金都付了...想問怎麼處理比較好？
我認為租屋應該建立在雙方都可以信任的情況下再去處理，不是以這樣欺騙的方式來租。
萬一碰到其他關於該房子的事情要處理，該找誰幫忙？
不是找仲介不好，我知道每個人都需要賺錢，但是被欺瞞的感覺讓我覺得很不舒服。
目前密他都沒回，也有可能是因為太晚了，明天會在找她討論看看
