其實我大腸跟蚵仔都有加 小碗35 大碗50
大腸的確是要前晚處理不然會來不及
單賣麵線不知道有沒有人會想吃?
現在只能先辛苦一點了
今天早上人不多 都集中在傍晚跟晚上
不過因為還很少人知道這裡有賣麵線 大概都趕上班上課不會去注意
加上我這裡不顯眼 每個客人都說要再弄個立牌指標之類的
倒是晚上有一些人撲了空 來的時候我已經賣完...
這樣我大概知道要怎麼抓量了...
然後很感謝這裡的版友
給了很多不錯的建議 給我更多想法跟做法
明天我會調整賣晚一點到晚上九點
說真的做下去以後才知道真的比上班領薪水還累
加上對面有個愛八卦的歐吉桑常會跟我講一些負面的
女生做這個沒用啦而且你還一個人做 找個老公嫁一嫁比較實在
聽完真的會覺得很悶
