其實,本洲快炒 就是仿斗六 萬八快炒 模式經營的。 
 
在萬八每盤快炒皆為一百,用完餐後收費,
 
本洲快炒也是每盤ㄧ百,但是入桌前要先付1000元,
 
感覺有點像是用倒扣的方式,
 
也就是說你先付1000元,假設你只點300元,用完餐之後會退給你700元,
 
這是我開幕去的情形。

這家本洲快炒,我相信應該很多虎尾人對它應該不陌生,
 
因為,本洲的老闆也正是錢源涮涮鍋(虎科天橋下)的老闆,
 
涮涮鍋是由女兒負責,快炒則是老爸的新事業。
