薪資的惡性循環,特別是在補教業
前兩天有一篇未達最低薪資的徵人被刪掉了,
我不禁想到這個狀況
補習班用低薪請人
-->難找到有經驗或有能力的人才。
-->就算找到人,能力差的學生受罪;能力好的,也因
為事多錢少導致流動率高
-->頻換老師或課輔人員,學習效果不彰。
身為家長的,也應該要擦亮眼睛看看孩子的補習班是不
是三天兩頭換新人。如果連基本薪資都要砍,不要期望
這家補習班在給孩子的教育資源上面會多用心。
另外也要嗟歎這是一種惡性循環,記得版上有某家美語
補習班,三四年前還是用兩萬多塊的月薪請人。前陣子
看到也改成時薪,做的是一樣的工作。當然主事者可以
用類似的思維(別家也是這樣請人)去徵才,但久而久之
真正的人才願意留在花蓮的,有多少?
