台灣抗癌聯盟推廣「蔬果五七九,健康天天有」概念,卻被業者搭順風車。味全去年推出
的「蔬果579蔬果汁」,強調「每日兩瓶,臉色紅潤,天天好氣色」;波蜜近日推出「一日
蔬果」蔬果汁,包裝上更直接載明「一瓶就夠」。衛生署認為業者做法愈來愈誇張,明顯
誤導消費者,要求限期改善,否則即下架處分。
「一日蔬果」蔬果汁包裝上標示,載明「衛生署建議,每日至少攝取三百公克蔬菜加二百
公克水果,本品使用五百公克以上蔬果榨取」。消基會董事長程仁宏說,已接獲消費者檢
舉,「果汁不等於生鮮蔬果,業者違反《消費者保護法》規定,應立即下架改善」。
要改產品標示
衛生署食品衛生處處長鄭慧文說,日前已去函請生產業者所在衛生局要求業者限期改善,
若不遵守,還可勒令下架;台中縣衛生局局長祝年峰說,業者不准再播該類廣告外,產品
標示也要更改。
波蜜製造商久津實業企劃部經理張秀菊說,廣告已停播,會研商改善包裝標示;味全強調
,「等收到公文再因應」。
