華亞園區租屋疑問 - 桃園

各位桃園的板友大家好，
由於近期內就要到華亞園區工作了，
對於租屋的問題尚有些疑問想請教各位，
看了好一陣子的591之後，
發現華亞園區附近的房子似乎比靠近火車站那邊少許多，
而差不多的房子也是園區附近較貴，選擇也不多，
(新鮮人預算大概在6000元上下)
想請教的問題是，大家會推薦住靠近市區的地方嗎？
GOOGLE過後車程大概15~20分鐘，若以機車代步會不會太遠呢？
而且龜山,林口似乎蠻常下雨的..。
而若住靠近華亞園區的地方，生活機能會不方便嗎？
或是有任何建議可以給予指教的，謝謝大家!
