前天經過莒光路 龍恩對面的牛排館倒了 現在好像在裝潢
眼睛喵過那個櫃台看起來好像又是開飲料店
如果是的話 莒光路飲料店也太競爭了吧
大苑子我滿喜歡喝的 但生意好像也不太好 布萊恩紅茶真心覺得很普通又太貴
85度C和對角那家又不好喝
這條幾乎是50嵐 coco 清心 三家鼎立 現在又要開一家新的話感覺應該會經營的滿累的
而且店租應該5萬以上吧 我想 馬來西亞餐館店面那家租金聽說好像就要8萬了
