荒廢的新竹民眾活動中心進度到哪了? - 新竹

記得幾年前，市府有廣招市民意見，民眾活動中心要怎麼開發再利用，後來進度不知道怎麼樣了，好像沒啥消息

這附近本身服飾店居多，如果把這塊活動中心的地跟新竹生活美學館、郵局做整併，整個區塊都市更新成服飾設計中心、批發中心和新郵政大樓，例如南韓的東大門設計廣場，有服飾與生活美學展覽廳、創業基地辦公室、創業市場等，地下弄停車場

也許可以把這邊商圈重新活絡起來，從目前各地的百貨趨勢來看，需要一個比較大的聚集經濟區塊，比較有辦法吸引人潮
