三民國中對面有許多飲料店，有50嵐、茗鋪、茶湯會，還有新開的迷克夏
現在飲料店都必須要開立發票了，像50嵐就會主動提供發票
前陣子去茶湯會消費買飲料，結帳完再等飲料時，想說該店家怎麼沒有給發票?
就問說你們是免開發票嗎? 店家才說:喔~有發票啊
店家才在pos機上補開發票給我
後來幾次經過該店，看到大部分的人都是付現完拿張收據後領完飲料走人
也都沒有拿發票，店家也不會主動給發票
要消費者主動索取才會補開
有去官方顧客意見反映過，但收到無聲卡
想去國稅局反映，但步驟繁瑣且必須拍照或攝影舉證才受理
若有版友去該店消費，記得要主動索取發票
不要自我權益睡著，姑息店家逃漏稅的行為
