今天已經判決出來：
〔記者廖淑玲／雲林報導〕國立大學謝姓碩士生向人收養2貓，事後遭控虐貓造成1死1傷
，經原飼主提出告訴，全案審結，雲林地方法院今天依詐欺取財罪判有期徒刑3月、另涉
未指定犯人誣告罪拘役20天，都可易科罰金，謝男因收養貓竟纏訟2年且遭判刑，給自己
上了一課。
