英文聽力的疑問？ - 學習

您好。
如題，最近想嘗試報名英檢初級，加強自己英文的能力
但是英文聽力向來是我的不足，我也上網試聽初檢的英文聽力測試，
發現總是追不上影片中對話的速度，當我還沒有完全聽懂上一句的解釋是什麼？
對話已經差不多快結束了，結果什麼也沒有聽懂。
有嘗試尋找其他的方法，比如聽英文音樂、空中英文、英文新聞等等關於英文影片。
但卻毫無收穫，甚至仔細聽著聽著最後卻發呆了，影片也結束了。
因此便來此版發文詢問解決心中的問題。
