苗縣沒錢過年 想向公股銀行借30億救急

年關將近，苗栗縣政府財政窘困問題又再度浮現；據《經濟日報》報導
，苗縣已向財政部求救兵，可能以高鐵站附近的土地為擔保先向公股行
庫聯貸30億元救急；而公股行庫雖手上滿是現金，對這項聯貸興趣缺缺
，但可能礙於財政部出面最後只好無奈出手相助。
苗栗縣政府目前負債比是全國最高的縣市，今年 7月還曾經發生發不出
市府員工薪水的窘境，《經濟日報》報導苗栗縣政府舉債已經超過上限
，要向民營銀行借貸恐怕很難。目前規劃參貸的公股銀行約有5～7家，
由台銀主辦。
據報導，居中協調的財政部官員對此案大多不願表示意見，僅強調，全
案尚未定案，會兼顧地方需求及銀行授信原則。
