看到很多人詢問溫暖子宮的方法
我想推薦一個方式：艾灸
器具基本上在蝦皮等地方都買得到
我自己是在肚臍 和肚臍的左右下放各2指處灸
方法：將艾條點燃 放入灸罐裡面 再瞄準要灸的地方 放皮膚上 感覺溫熱 約3-5分鐘可以換
位置
因為不是侵入性療法所以在家自己就可以做
一個禮拜2-3次為佳
我自己月經不順的時候也會灸一下
要來不來的時候灸也滿有效的
在做試管之前 我2天灸一次
現在已經有大寶了
希望大家從飲食下手以外
也可以知道這個有效的輔助方式
不要再花冤枉錢了QQ
