因為工作需要，所以需要申辦良民證
正確來說應該是"警察刑事紀錄證明書"
我知道需要至總局外事課辦理，
但因為政府有一些節能減碳的方案，
新北市有開放幾個分局可以提供申請，
我想請問新莊版友們有在新莊分局外事課申請過嗎?
如果新莊分局不能申請，我就只能跑一趟直接去板橋總局申辦了..
因為明天要去侯硐當一日志工，所以先來版上確認，
如果OK我回到家直接殺去新莊分局辦理，畢竟要3個工作天啊~(攤)
