小弟我常常回家經過北二高橋下時，看到一堆8+9抽菸嚼檳榔，地板都是他們丟的垃圾，甚至有未成年的國中生(誠X國中)在抽菸，半夜大聲吵鬧，明明警局就在一旁，也沒看過警察制止他們，有同為舊莊人看到了嗎?清潔隊一早辛苦的掃他們留下的酒瓶和檳榔渣，環境也變髒亂，該如何是好呢？
