每隔一段時間,我們家總愛到茄萣的興達港走走逛逛,買些虱目魚丸、旗魚黑輪,並在此
吃點美食打打牙祭。
這次要介紹的邱家蚵仔煎,幾乎是我們每次來必吃的店家,是個人覺得CP值相對較高的小
吃。
【店家外觀▼】
店家販售三種餐點:蚵仔煎、花枝煎與蝦仁煎,均一價60元。
煎臺後方即內用區,以棚架加上帆布構成,夏天午後在內用餐頗感悶熱,不過裡頭架設的
多支電風扇稍能減少不適感。
煎臺旁始終保持兩位人員料理餐點,分成兩個區塊,一邊先放鮮蚵與勾芡粉漿,另一邊放
入蛋液與其他食材繼續完成。
鐵板上的蚵仔煎滋滋作響,香味隨著蒸氣飄散,引起不少路過者駐足。

餐點送來當下需付款結帳。
我們點的都是蚵仔煎,上桌時已淋上甜酸醬汁,但味道仍偏淡,若感不足可自行添加。
整體微帶焦香,蛋衣口感尚屬軟嫩不老,鮮蚵均勻分布其中,數量不少,雖稱不上碩大,
倒是頗新鮮肥美。
其他配料還有白菜與豆芽菜,都保有相當的脆度,使口感較富變化。
【結論▼】
食材新鮮,若作為正餐分量略顯不足,較適合當作下午點心。
