膨脹螺絲(壁虎) 如何精準定位?? - 居家修繕

之前我有請一個水電師傅來裝這個

請他幫我安裝在水泥磚牆的天花板上 (吸頂)
因為他打膨脹螺絲進天花板時沒有精確對好金屬盤孔位
所以他沒辦法全鎖上....
用砂輪機切掉幾根已打進去的螺絲
最後4個孔位只鎖2個還3個的樣子
我知道吸頂的天花板作業比較困難
專業的師傅居然沒辦法鎖滿我實在蠻驚訝的.....
請問打這種膨脹螺絲有甚麼技巧 可以精確打在我們想要的位置嗎??
我腦海的計畫是這樣:
1.先在牆上貼牛皮紙膠帶，用尺量好要打入的點
2.拿最小號的鑽尾鑽洞(當導引點)
3.拿中型鑽尾鑽到適當深度
4.拿尺寸與螺絲相合的鑽尾做最後的鑽洞
5.打入螺絲
6.鎖上固件
請問這樣子的流程適當嗎??
還是有更好的眉角呢 謝謝
