能幫我看減肥菜單嗎 - 健康

我已經減了一個月又5天..瘦了6公斤 但我也不是靠節食(正常吃 只是比減肥前少一點量而已)我每天都有在運動30分以上,而我想說減肥到了一個階段,是否要改變一下菜單呢?目前在停滯期,想請大大幫我看一下菜單ok嗎早餐:低糖豆漿480cc或低脂鮮奶400cc+水煮蛋或菜葉蛋1顆中餐:自製燙青菜(不加任何調味)晚餐:水果(芭樂1顆或蘋果1顆或奇異果2顆)或其他甜份不高的水果運動:每天慢跑30分以上+其他一些雜的運動------請問這樣會吃太少嗎?或是吃的不健康嗎?------
