背字根法or單純背單字哪個有效率? - 英檢

小弟因為準備國家考試有專業科目是英文

我程度大概接近中高級 但英文應試成績大概只有60左右

努力希望明年可以進步到80

想接下來的一年大量的增加字彙量 一天大概花2hrs背

哪個方法對於增進單字量 比較有效率

是普通一個接一個背 還是字根法呢？

希望有心得的先進可以給點建議 感恩
