考試當天電腦問題請ETS退錢 - 英檢

我是9.23系統出問題沒辦法順利考試的考生..
然後我寫信去ETS TOEFL的E-MAIL請求退費..
可是我一直不曉得這樣的回信是什麼意思??
我寄的電子郵件是這個[email protected]
第一次的回信內容是這樣

Dear Candidate,
Regarding your inquiry:
Thanks for inquiry .Regarding this problem ,i apologize for this inconvenient
we do received report about test centre issues ,Candidate may check your
personal Email whether received any email from Prometric Registration Centre
or Candidate can contact Prometric Registration Centre 603-7628-3333 for
futher assistance .
We regret we are unable to be of assistance to you at this time.
In future correspondence with TOEFL in regard to this matter, please refer
to this Case ID 11774805.
Thank you for your patience.
我想說是我寫的不夠清楚嗎??
而且信件內容完全沒有提到退費的事情..
所以我再寄一次信件過去..
基本資料大概都填齊了..
收到的回信如下~~

We do apologize for all the inconvenience caused on the test day.
For this issue, please kindly contact our Regional Registration Office
at 603- 7628- 3333 for further assistance.

意思是我要打電話過去請他退費??還是仍然在處理中??
然後留的電話應該要怎麼撥??
因為電話拿起來打根本打不出去..
還是有其它會回應的電子信箱可以寄??
不曉得其他申訴的鄉民們是怎麼辦的??
