各位嘉義的鄉親大家好
我住在阿嬤留下來的房子三年多了，最近阿嬤往生，我有意跟長輩們購買阿嬤的房子，但是這個房子內部是木造的，線路應該也很老舊，夏季有大雨就會漏雨還有淹水，而且已經超過40年了，必須好好的修整才能繼續住下去，但是沒有這方面的人脈。
想請問板上的鄉親有沒有好推薦，我該找什麼樣子公司來評估？裝潢公司還是建築公司呢？
