美麗灣案不拆 台東縣長:繼續環評
台東縣長黃健庭下午於縣府主管會報時,針對美麗灣事件表態指出,法院裁定結果屬美麗
灣第一次所提開發案之環評,縣府完全遵照判決內容作為。
對於反對人士要求立刻拆除美麗灣渡假村,黃健庭說,經建設處就建築法等相關法規研究
,美麗灣並非屬於在地權及土地使用區分上有違法的實質違建,且業者亦已依循法院裁定
第5次環評撤銷裁定,再重提第6次環評並在審議中,環評委員亦已提出百餘項意見要求改
善,尚無最後定論。
黃健庭表示,縣府很高興全案回歸中立立場審查,沒有任何預設立場,交由環評委員專業
處理。
