晚上覓食時經過這間蒸粉光顧一下,
不知是我記憶有問題還是…
感覺跟以前不太一樣。。。
點了一份蝦仁蒸粉,非常小的蝦仁約4隻吧要價$45元,蒸粉吃起來很像板條
溼溼的捲起來,口感非常軟又爛,吃一半就有點膩了。記得以前的口味不是這樣啊!!
以前會吃到有香香醃過的肉末,細微脆脆的口感,是不是換人做了整個感覺不太
一樣???????
另外油飯也非常的軟爛,沒有米飯的那種Q勁,也是溼溼黏黏的。
我看掀開蒸籠時快鍋底心裡是有個底,但沒想到真的有點慘。。。
有點雷!!
