網路報名失敗(急) - 英檢

使用網路報名，最後用paypal付費時，
瀏覽器問要不要儲存密碼，然後就很悲劇的出現以下訊息
：
Processing - please wait.
If a receipt page is not displayed within 2 minutes , please contact 609 771
7100 to confirm the status of your order.
Do not attempt to resubmit your payment.

等了幾分鐘後就跳到一個說明錯誤的頁面，報名失敗了QQ
我看了View Order沒看到任何購買，但paypal扣款了

請問有人有類似經驗嗎，該怎麼做？
那個電話要怎麼撥，直接打就好？
這種情況如果要寄e-mail的話是寄到哪(contact us查到的信箱位址有點怪)
