網路報名失敗? - 英檢

借標題問一下

昨天報名輸入信用卡資料後網頁顯示報名失敗 (fail to ....)

ibt account 裡面沒有 order 紀錄，也沒有收到 confirmation mail

但是信用卡銀行顯示有扣款紀錄，

現在很著急要怎麼做才能拿回這筆錢???


爬過文發現很多人遇到這個問題，有些人說如果報了兩次那他會退還失敗的那次

有人說要去跟銀行申請止付 (但我今天問過，銀行說沒權利替客戶終止付款....)

有沒有版友知道到底要怎麼辦才好.....

已經寄信給 [email protected] & [email protected]

後者說要等 3 ~ 5 個工作天才會回覆，這樣豈不是就已經扣款了......
